7 SIGNS THAT SHOWS YOUR KIDNEY IS IN DANGER


The kidney is a very important organ in the body. The kidney act as natural filtration units in the body to help get rid of harmful substances in your bloodstream. The kidney play a vital role in ensuring the following:- They make sure your body is not having accumulated waste and excess fluids-They regulate the blood pressure always- They help to balance the body’s electrolyte-Kidneys also boost the level of red blood cells produced in the body when perfectly working.-Kidneys help to promote the health of your bones and teeth. If your kidney is malfunctioning your general health will be affected, So, it is important to recognize these 7 signs that show that they may be in danger of failing.


 Here are the signs:


1.       Inflammation of your body: - When you notice that some parts of your body like your face, legs, hands, feet and ankles it is a sign that your kidney is having problem. This is because your kidney is not able to get rid of excess fluids in your body causing the swelling.
2.       Skin Rashes: - When your kidneys are having problem in any way you may notice skin rashes on your body which will not respond to treatment by the use of ointments.
3.       Shortness of breath: - Shortness of breath is another sign of kidney damage. This is because kidney problem usually cause shortage of oxygen so fluids and toxins build up in the lungs.
4.       Upper back pain:- If have ever experienced upper back pain then you are suffering from damaged kidney. This pain is common on one side of the upper back and may be followed by fever and chills as well as changes in urine colour.If you have kidney infections or stone you may experience severe pain.
5.       Tiredness:- It is well known that red blood cells are responsible for conveying oxygen to various parts of the body. When the kidneys are having problem your bone marrows will not produce enough red blood cell necessary to carry oxygen to all parts of the body including the brain and you will be feeling weak and tired very often.
6.       Metallic taste feeling in your mouth:- if you have metallic taste feeling in your mouth it could mean that your kidneys are not functioning properly in eliminating fluids and waste in your body.
7.       Change in the colour and frequency of urination:-If you notice any change in appearance of your urine or frequency of urination it could be a warning sign that your kidney is in danger. Some of the changes include: -
 * Blood appearing in your urine.
 * Your urine looking foamy.
* Urine looking pale.
* Urine looking dark.
* Having reduced urination frequency.
* Waking up several times to urinate at night.
