Preparation of Liquid Detergent

Materials Needed for liquid soap are:-
Nitrosol/Antisol or C.M.S.......
.........1 tin milk(very full)
Sulphonic acid........1 litre
Caustic soda......1/3 tin milk cup
Soda ash..........1/2 tin milk cup
Texapon.............5-6 teaspoonfuls
Forma line.........5-7 teaspoonfuls (optional)
Perfume(fragrance)............. As desired
S.L.S(sodium Laureate sulphate)........5-6 teaspoonfuls
S.T.T.P(Sodium Tripolyphosphate)................5-6 teaspoonful s
Colourant.........As desired
Water.........19 litres



Tools needed for production
Containers(plastic bowls)
Hand gloves
Nose Mask
Stirring stick or rod

Methods of preparation
1. Dissolve Caustic Soda with 1 litre of water
allow to stay for 30 minutes
Preferably 1 hour or overnight
2. Dissolve Soda ash in 1 litre of water and allow to stay for 30 minutes/1 hour or overnight
3. Get Sulphonic acid and pour it into an empty bowl, add your perfume to it and add texapon, then add 3-4 litres of water and stir very well for about 10 minutes.
4. Dissolve SLS with 2 tin milk cups of water
5. Dissolve STTP with 2 tin milk cups of water

5. Get Nitrosol but if it is CMC you are using, make sure it is dissolved 2 days to the preparation of the soap with 4-5 litres of water. If you using Nitrosol, you don't require soaking.

Preparation of the liquid soap
1. Get Nitrosol or CMC that you dissolved 2 days to the preparation of the soap.
2. Add the dissolved Sulphonic acid, texapon and perfume to either Nitrosol or CMC depending on the one you are using and stir very well
3. Add already dissolved Caustic Soda and stir very well

4. Add already dissolved  Soda ash and stir very well
5. Add formalin to the content and stir very well
6. Add dissolved STTP and stir very well
7. Add SLS to the content
8. Dissolve colourant in water and ensure it is completely dissolved, then add it to the solution and stir very well
9. Add some water to the mixture depending on the thickness of the mixture
10. Leave for some hours or till the following day and package for use it sale.
