Nanny arrested after parading child’s decapitated head outside Moscow subway station (WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES)

Police officers seen near Oktyabrskoye Pole Station in Moscow arrested a woman suspected of killing a 4-year-old child.
A woman was tackled to the ground outside a Moscow subway station Monday morning after waving what appeared to be a decapitated child's head, according to local reports.
Firefighters found the young child’s headless body inside an apartment following a fire allegedly set by the woman, who was identified by authorities as Gyulchehryl Bobokulovoy, the child’s nanny and an Uzbekistan national.

The child, who is believed to be 3 to 4-years-old, had been decapitated, TASS news agency reported.In a video of the horrific incident, witnesses at the Oktyabrskoye Pole Station watched the woman as she held a head by the hair while shouting in Russian. She was dressed in all-black garb and a hajib.
The nanny waited until the parents left before killing the child, federal officials said. The unidentified woman then set fire to the family's home.

A statement from Pavel Astakohv, the commissioner of Russia's federal child welfare agency, makes no mention of the child's decapitation, but says there were "signs of a violent death."He described the killing as “monstrous and inexplicable” and questioned the women's mental health.The suspect, who was born in 1977, is undergoing a psychiatric review.
