Responsibilities: Coordination with the staff members and maintain production unit along with the sales. To think critically on handling the difficult scenario or meet tough deadlines. To maintain a balance between organizational and technical skills in order to be talented enough to handle the production of the entire company. A production supervisor should possess interpersonal skills. Should be able to handle the staff, recruit them and give them required training. To handle the budget system oh the company and accordingly handle the production expenses. To plan for the production of the order according to its delivery and in an orderly manner. Have the time managing skills to handle deadlines for the delivery of the particular order. Make strategies with the working team to handle the working smartly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of OND in any related discipline At least 5-7 years experience Excellent communication ad interpersonal skills
