Governor Dickson Sacks Two Commissioners

Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State has sacked two commissioners from the state executive council following the scrapping of the Ministry of Capital City Development and the splitting of the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development, and the Ministry of Energy. The affected commissioners are James Dugo of Local Government and Community Development and Barrister Zuwa Konugha of Capital City Development Ministry.
