Nicki Minaj breaks up with Meek Mill

With all the back and forth between Meek Mill and Drake, Nicki has stayed away from the drama by not saying anything or taking sides but according to Media Take Out, Meek Mill's diss track did it for Nicki and she's done with Meek Mill.

According to MTO..
Just when you thought that Meek Mill's week couldn't get ANY WORSE . . . MediaTakeOut.com learned that Nicki Minaj and Meek have officially decided to call it QUITS. Nicki reportedly broke it off with Meek LAST NIGHT. Don't worry concertgoers . . . they are still of GOOD TERMS - at least NICKI IS with Meek. The two plan on FULFILLING the rest of the tour obligations together. But as for their relationship . .. . it's a WRAP.
What caused the BREAKUP . . . and why did it happen LAST NIGHT . . . shortly after Meek Mill's new diss track FLOPPED??
According to one of Nicki's BEST FRIENDS, "It's complicated. I think they took their relationship too far, too fast." Nicki's homie REFUSED to say whether the Drake WAR had anything to do with it. But we suspect that IT DID.
You'll recall that MediaTakeOut.com BROKE THE NEWS that Meek STARTED THE WAR when he learned that Drake and Nicki had a 'DATING' RELATIONSHIP in the past. And it has to be MORE THAN COINCIDENCE that Nicki DUMPED DUDE . . . just when he's become a LAUGHING STOCK on social media.

Ooni of Ife is still alive-Ife Council tells Governor

The Royal Traditional Council of Ife have insisted the Ooni of Ife is alive during a close door meeting on Thursday with Governor Rauf Aregbesola.
The delegates first told the governor in the presence of some journalists that the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, was alive, contrary to the news in the media.

The chiefs, led by the Lowa of Ife, Oba Joseph Ijaodola,  said it was regrettable that the Ooni was always a target of negative publicity in the media.
The Lowa said,
“We were all shocked when we heard the rumour of baba’s death. If at all such an incident had occurred, the Royal Traditional Council of Ife would be the first to know and equally break the news to the entire public.
“Sixteen of us are his chiefs and when he was travelling out, he didn’t look like he was going to die and should such a thing have happened to him, we would have been informed even before anyone would hear about it. We pray that Ooni Sijuade will live long in good health.
Governor Aregbesola commended the chiefs for holding the throne while Oba Sijade was away.He also  prayed for sound health and long life for the monarch.

Husband flees home after wife delivered baby girl

A young mother, known only by her nickname of Achun, was left shocked when she came home to find the locks to her house, in South China's Guangdong province, had been changed.

The confused woman also stood and watched as her husband's relatives moved furniture out of the apartment.

Achun, who gave birth to a baby girl on May 4, had moved back in with her mother in Hunan before the due date, as advised by her mother-in-law and husband. However, despite these hints, being locked out of her house still came as a shock when she attempted to move back on July 28.

This is because her husband, who had returned to Guangdong earlier, had been sending her messages and called frequently. She said

Everything has changed without a reason. He has not replied to my calls or messages,’
‘I thought we don’t want to have our own children any more since we both have kids from our previous relationships. But my husband and mother-in-law kept urging me to have one,'When I got pregnant, my mother-in-law said my husband was meant to have a son in his life,' said Achun, whose mother-in-law went to the temple to pray for a grandson.
Achun and her husband got married in Guangdong province in September 2014...Contrary to what the family had wished for, Achun had given birth to a girl. She went back to the house she shared with her husband earlier this week, only to find that her husband’s relatives were moving things out of the house....

‘They won’t tell me where my husband was. I though he would still want the baby even if he wants me out of his life, so I left the baby on the bed and observed in the nearby grocery store, hoping that my husband will turn up.’
After realising that she was locked out from her own home, Achun rented a tiny apartment for her and her new born child with the help of her old neighbours.

However, the apartment was so tiny that the abandoned mother and her new born daughter could only sleep on the floor with a paper board as a mattress.Achun is worried that they will not be able to find another place to live as the tenancy of the apartment ends on the August 2.

Two sisters inherit $20 Million with strings attached

When their father died, Victoria (left) and Marlena Laboz (middle) inherited $20 million - but that money comes with conditions. A Manhattan millionaire left a generous fortune to his daughters in his will, but the money comes with strings.

Maurice Laboz, owner of real estate management firm Regal Real Estate, died earlier this year and left his two daughters, Marlena, 21, and Victoria, 17, $10 million each (his entire estate was worth $37 million). And while the money is supposed to roll in when each girl turns 35, Maurice set up conditions for the payouts to start earlier.

For example, Marlena can receive half a million when she gets married, “but only if her husband signs a sworn statement promising to keep his hands off the cash,”.
She’ll also receive a lump sum of $750,000 for graduating from an accredited university, and writing a paragraph about what she intends to do with the money. Both daughters will receive 3 times the income listed on their personal tax returns if they earn a good living by 2020, and if they have kids and don’t work a traditional job, they’ll earn 3 percent of the value of their trust every year.
That is, so long as the child is “born in wedlock.”
Laboz’s will is already being contested by his wife, Ewa, who he was in the process of divorcing and to whom he left nothing. Laboz left the rest of his fortune to charity.

Man cuts off wife's left hand over allegation of adultery

Jacob Nwachukwu from Abia State cut off his wife’s left hand over allegation of infidelity. The man’s wife, Mrs Nwadiokeonu Nwachukwu, is now at a hospital in Aba, while her severed hand had been taken to her husband’s village at Abala for burial.

The incident happened, Monday, at Ogbor Hill Area of Aba, where the woman had lived for years, while the husband lived at their Abala village.
A female co-tenant of Mrs Nwachukwu, who craved anonymity, said that the couple had lived in the city for years before the husband lost his job and had to relocate to the village, leaving his wife, who is a trader, in the city.
She said:
“The couple had always quarrelled any time the man visited his wife in the city, to the extent that all the tenants are aware and intervened in their quarrels.”
The man was said to have visited the wife on the said day and during their usual quarrel, brought out a machete, cut off the wife’s hand and left with it to the village, while neighbours rushed her to the hospital.
It was gathered that Mr. Nwachukwu’s intention was to kill his wife with the machete but missed the target as the woman was said to have used the severed hand to defend herself.

The suspected lover of the woman is said to be on the run, while her landlord reported the incident to a police station close to the hospital along Ogbor Hill, where the woman is currently on admission.
Area Commander, Aba Police Command, Mr. Peter Wabara, said the incident was yet to be reported to him.

However, a police officer at Ogbor Hill Police Station, confirmed the incident and said investigation into the matter had commenced.
